Right click RK Launcher Dock/ Settings/ Behavior Tab/ uncheck the option 'Hide the Task Bar'. How do you add icons to it? In the previous versions, all you had to do was drag it on.
I can't seem to do that here. When I try to drag it on, the icons on it just act like im dragging over it with no icon. Right click RK Launcher Dock and make sure RK Launcher Dock bar is not locked. Then drag and drop icons over the dock again.

Make sure you are not trying to add the MY COMPUTER Icon under Windows Vista because Vista won't allow you to directly add that specific icon to the dock.
