Hi, Since it worked before, a quick solution is to restore the system back to the previous status when the issue didn’t occur with System Restore. If the issue persists, please also try the following: 1. May I know if you installed some other IMEs? If so, please remove it and see how it works. Please go to “Region and Language” settings and switch to “Keyboards and Languages” tab, click “Change Keyboards” and adjust the settings again in “Text Services and Input Languages” and see if the settings will remain after next restart.
